Publication of a book does not guarantee any sales. Authors who do their own marketing see greater earnings.

The Pricing Table below is for the following Children’s book trim sizes:

8″ x 11″ (Portrait)
11″ x 8.5″ (Landscape)
Custom Trim Sizes available, though it might impact package pricing and/or the author wholesale rates.
These prices are for books with up to 30 images and 60 interior pages. Custom pricing might apply if book materials are outside these specs.

Add eBook editions to Package
We can always add Kindle and Nook eBook editions to your Children’s Publishing Package. They’re not included initially since we’ve found most customers prefer a physical Children’s book that can be held rather than having it on a digital platform.
$350 for both a Kindle and Nook eBook edition
Important Information to Know
Ingram requires a minimum of 18 pages to print for both paperback and hardcover editions.
For paperback editions, Ingram requires at least 48 pages to have spine text (title, author, etc.). Any page count under that will not be allowed to have spine text.
Ingram requires that all books have a page count divisible by 2. The last page will always be blank for insertion of Ingram’s manufacturing information. If necessary, Ingram will automatically add additional pages to achieve appropriate page count. This will be why you see extra pages in your printed proof that you were not expecting.
All images should be 300 ppi (pixals per inch) for best printing quality. We do not adjust images unless specifically requested and the additional service is paid for.

If corrections or revisions are requested after the Printed Proof has been received, the cost increases to make changes since we will need to upload new files to Ingram and they charge us every time a new file is uploaded. The fee is for a single file, so if both the interior and cover needs to be adjusted, then the cost doubles.

+$45 for a New Paperback Printed Proof
+$55 for a New Hardcover Printed Proof
